Peer Review Process

After the author submits the article to the journal’s system, the article will first be reviewed by the journal’s experts within a maximum of one week to ensure compliance with the preparation guidelines. (To expedite the review process, authors are kindly requested to carefully study the Author Guidelines section and prepare and submit their article strictly in accordance with the guidelines provided in the system.)

If the article is accepted in the first stage, it will proceed to the second stage, where the editor-in-chief, the specialized editor, and the scientific committee will conduct an initial evaluation of the article’s content quality and relevance to the journal’s scope. This stage typically takes one week.

Upon acceptance in the second stage, the article will be sent to two reviewers. The identities of both the reviewers and the authors will remain confidential to both parties.

The article review process is as follows:

  1. If both reviewers reject the article, it will be rejected.
  2. If both reviewers recommend major revisions, the article will be returned to the author for revisions.
  3. If one reviewer recommends major revisions and the other rejects the article, the article will be sent to a third reviewer, and a decision will be made based on the third reviewer’s opinion, in accordance with points 1 and 2 above.

After the author revises and resubmits the article based on the reviewers’ feedback, the revised article will be sent to one of the reviewers for a comparative evaluation.

The subsequent steps are as follows:

  • Revision of the article by the author and resubmission;
  • Final review and determination of the article’s status;
  • Inclusion of accepted articles in the journal’s database under the section for articles ready for publication;
  • Assignment of selected articles to a specific issue and determination of page numbers;
  • Publication of the final version of the journal according to the scheduled timeline.

A weekly reminder email will be sent to reviewers. If a reviewer fails to complete the review within one month, the article will be withdrawn from that reviewer and assigned to a new reviewer. Depending on the extent of revisions requested, the reviewers’ feedback, and the speed and accuracy of the authors’ revisions, the acceptance process for publication in this journal typically takes approximately six months (subject to final approval by the reviewers).

It is emphasized that the identities of both reviewers and authors will remain confidential to both parties.
