The quarterly journal Cognitive Warfare Sciences and Technologies aims to enhance knowledge, facilitate the exchange of scientific experiences, and foster innovative approaches in the domain of modern cognitive warfare. By leveraging cognitive sciences and technologies—including philosophy of mind, psychology, anthropology, artificial intelligence, linguistics, and neuroscience—and focusing on soft threats, psychological operations, influence, persuasion, data-driven strategies, cyber-cognitive threats, and strategic perception management, the journal provides a scientific platform for researchers, academics, analysts, and specialists in the fields of security and technology.

The journal seeks to advance the scientific literature on cognitive warfare through an interdisciplinary approach, contributing to the production of strategic knowledge and informing decision-making at the highest national levels. It strives to harness the capacities of academic institutions to play a pivotal role in anticipating, preventing, and countering complex cognitive threats.

In accordance with Directive No. 97392, dated 19 February 2025, issued by the Deputy Office of Press and Advertising Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, this publication has been designated as a scientific quarterly. It commenced operations in spring 2025 and is published on a seasonal basis.

This journal adheres to the ethical guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the executive regulations of the Law on Prevention and Combating Fraud in Scientific Works.
