This article examines the foundations of cognitive superiority of the concepts of competition, conflict, strife, and confrontation in Shiite jurisprudence. Competition in Shiite jurisprudence is examined with an emphasis on ethical principles and justice, and it is shown how healthy competition can lead to economic and social progress, while unfair and ruthless competition can threaten public interests. This article also analyzes social conflicts and conflicts, and we conclude that Shiite jurisprudence, using principles such as ijtihad and consensus, can help resolve conflicts and conflicts in contemporary society. Cognitive superiority is proposed as a tool for analyzing complex social and jurisprudential issues, and Shiite jurisprudence, using rational and religious tools, can be effective in solving contemporary problems. Finally, the article concludes that Shiite jurisprudence, by adapting its principles to the challenges of the day, is able to provide effective and fair solutions to contemporary social and legal issues. This research examines how jurisprudential concepts adapt to today's social conditions and their role in solving contemporary problems, and has shown that Shiite jurisprudence, as a legal and ethical framework, has reliable solutions to contemporary challenges.
